Cancellation & Refund Policy — Storely This policy follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010, and is presented before any payment commitment. 1. Nature of the service Storely is a digital subscription service that lets you build an online store, publish it and receive customer orders. The service is delivered as soon as the subscription is activated; it is not a physical product. 2. Free trial A 14-day free trial, with no credit card and no charge, lets you evaluate the full service before committing. 3. Cancellation within 14 days By law you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of making it. The full amount is refunded, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ILS 100 (whichever is lower) and a pro-rated charge for the period during which the service was actually available. 4. Cancelling an ongoing subscription at any time The subscription is an ongoing transaction. You may cancel at any time from your account or through our contact channels, with no penalty and no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your notice, and billing stops from that date. Any amount paid in advance for a period after cancellation is refunded pro rata. 5. Erroneous or duplicate charges Any charge made in error or charged twice is refunded in full after verification, at any time. 6. Service outage If the service was unavailable for reasons within our responsibility and we could not fix it, the amount for the unavailable period is refunded. 7. How refunds are made Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Your card issuer may take additional time to display the credit. 8. Your data after cancellation Your store is not deleted on cancellation — it is hidden from visitors and comes back immediately when you renew. Data is kept for 90 days and then deleted. 9.
