Privacy Policy — Storely Storely respects your privacy and complies with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and the regulations under it, including the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. What we collect On signup: name, phone number and email (if provided). When you build a store: the store content you create — names, prices, images and texts. During use: technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). We never collect or store credit-card details. Payment is processed by a licensed Israeli payment processor, which alone holds your card details. Why we process it To provide the service and run your store, manage your subscription and invoices, support and communicate with you, and improve the platform. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot provide the service. WhatsApp messages The service works partly through WhatsApp. We send operational messages about your account and store. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, in line with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law, and you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Sharing We do not sell or rent your data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, payments, messaging), to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations. Some providers operate outside Israel, in countries with adequate protection or under data-protection agreements. Analytics Our marketing site uses measurement tools (such as Meta Pixel) to measure advertising performance. They collect browsing data that does not personally identify you. These tools may also run on stores hosted on the platform. Your rights Under the law you may review the data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to its use for direct marketing. Contact us through the channels below; we respond within 30 days. Retention Store data is kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. Invoices are kept as required by law. Security We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict data access to those who need it to operate the service, and apply accepted security measures.
