Terms of Service — Storely 1. Parties These terms govern the relationship between you, as a subscriber, and Storely, and apply from the moment you create an account or use the service. You must be 18 or older and authorised to contract on behalf of the business. 2. The service The platform lets you build an online store and publish it at a dedicated address, manage products or services and prices, and receive orders and enquiries from customers directly to your WhatsApp. 3. Subscription and prices The service comes in two plans: "Site only" — 99 ₪ per month or 990 ₪ per year; "Best seller" — 199 ₪ per month or 1990 ₪ per year. All prices include VAT. The subscription starts with a 14-day free trial without a credit card, then renews automatically until cancelled. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. 4. Cancellation and refunds The Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the site applies and forms an integral part of these terms. 5. End of subscription When the trial or subscription ends without renewal, your store is hidden from visitors but not deleted, and returns immediately when the subscription is activated. Data is kept for 90 days. 6. Your responsibility for content You are responsible for the accuracy of what your store displays — names, prices, images, shipping and return terms — and for complying with the law that applies to you as a merchant, including the Consumer Protection Law and disclosure duties towards your customers. Storely is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and is not responsible for their performance. 7. Prohibited use You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright or trademarks, is misleading or offensive, or offers goods or services prohibited by law. We may suspend a store that violates these terms. 8. Availability We work to keep the service continuously available. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons beyond our control, and we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from this. 9. Intellectual property Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it solely to operate your store. The platform, code and templates are the property of Storely. 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. 11. Changes We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
